1. Conditions of sale
We have a wide range of products and services that we make available to our customers through the website: www.themoyshop.com and the Moy - Mercearia Fina store located at Rua Dom Pedro V, 111 - 1250-093 Lisbon.
- The products advertised may not be available in the store due to stock shortages.
- The promotions are valid for the units in stock.
- The prices are valid during the period indicated in the promotional campaign, except for spelling errors, photography errors, stock shortages and/or synchronization of computer systems.
- We reserve the right to modify the information and commercial offer presented on products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services at any time.
2. Orders
We make the following shipping methods available to our customers:
- Collection at the store: Moy - Mercearia Fina.
- Delivery via CTT to the address indicated.
Your order will be processed immediately after confirmation of payment.
In the event of a certain item being out of stock, the store will contact you with a suggestion for a replacement or information about its availability.
The store reserves the right to cancel the customer's order at any time. If payment has already been made, the store will refund the full amount paid.
3. Cancellations
It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed.
In the event of an error in the processing or shipping of the order, the customer will receive the correct item at no additional cost.
It is not possible to refund postage in the event of order errors attributable to the customer.
4. Price policy
All prices indicated on the website include VAT at the legal rate in force.
Prices, specifications and stocks are subject to change without prior notice, with the exception of transactions that are currently underway.
5. Payment methods
The www.themoyshop.com website offers the following payment methods:
- Visa and MasterCard.
- ATM.
- MB Way.
- PayPal
For orders or purchases made directly in store, please check with the store to find out which payment methods are available, in addition to those mentioned above.
6. Online dispute resolution
Alternative dispute resolution is offered by neutral extrajudicial bodies such as conciliators, mediators, arbitrators, ombudsmen and dispute resolution committees.
These bodies can put the trader and the consumer in touch and help them find a solution to the dispute. They can also propose a solution or even impose it.
Most of these bodies intervene free of charge or at a low cost. As a rule, they reach a result within 90 days.
Under European Union law, it is possible to use these bodies to resolve all contractual disputes between a consumer and a trader established in the European Union.
If you are dissatisfied with the purchase of a good or service on our website, or with the solution we presented to resolve the situation, you can also file a complaint through the new “Online Dispute Resolution Platform” or obtain advice from CNIACC – National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes http://www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org/.
7. Conditions for returns and exchanges
These conditions for returns and exchanges comply with applicable legislation, namely Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February, as amended by Law no. 47/2014, of 28 July
Remote contracts concluded outside the commercial establishment / Orders placed and paid for online with delivery to the customer's address by a carrier:
Orders placed and completed online that are shipped to the customer's address may be exchanged or returned up to 14 calendar days after delivery;
Return Conditions:
- The returned item must be sealed with the original packaging and without any signs of use;
- The item must come in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals sealed;
- Items not accepted for returns/exchanges:
- There are items that, due to their nature, cannot be accepted for returns/exchanges.
- It is mandatory to accompany the item with its corresponding Invoice.
- The shipping costs for returning or exchanging items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- After receiving the items and duly checking them in accordance with point 2., a refund voucher or a refund of the amount paid for the product will be issued, according to the customer's wishes.
